In the second week of #IronstoneImpact2022, Ironstone will be donating $10,000 to 24 Hours of Heroes which supports Veterans and First Responders living with Operational Stress Injuries.
24 Hours of Heroes has a modified format this year and will be running as a 2-day, 8-workout total ‘virtual’ event in support of Wounded Warriors Canada. Running November 12th and 13th, participants may choose to complete any number of the hero workouts at home (with appropriate limited equipment scaling options if needed!) or in one of our host gym locations. Top fundraising individuals and gyms will receive special prizes from our amazing sponsors.
