Celebrating 15 incredible years in business, Ironstone Impact is turning up the volume with six weeks of giving and $150,000 in donations!

Eight charities. Three finalists. One stage. A $100,000 grand prize.

Are you ready to lip sync your way to $100K?

Your Challenge: Lip Sync for the WIN!

To kick off this year’s bracket-style competition, we’re asking each participating charity to create a fun, creative lip sync video that represents your cause. Here’s what you need to know:

1.Choose a Song

Pick a song that reflects the heart of your charity, something that tells your story, inspires action, or just makes people feel good.

2.Make a Lip Sync Video

Get your team, volunteers, or community involved! It doesn’t have to be professionally produced; make it fun, energetic, and full of your organization’s unique personality.

3.Feature the Ironstone Impact Logo

Your video must include the Ironstone Impact logo – on a sign, shirt, prop, background or wherever you can get creative.

We’ll feature all videos on our platforms — a chance for excellent exposure.

So warm up those vocals, charge your cameras, and bring your best game. This is your moment to inspire the community — and win big support for your mission.

Congratulations Karen's Place London

Karen’s Place is a transitional home in London, Ontario, created to provide housing for women over 50 who are experiencing homelessness. These women often face unique challenges, such as being turned away from shelters due to bed shortages, as spaces are frequently prioritized for women with children.

Karen’s Place offers residents up to two years of safe housing, meals, and support to help them regain their independence. The home is named in memory of Karen Crich, known for her generosity and community spirit.

The initiative is sustained through public donations and the efforts of volunteers, aiming to offer not just shelter, but dignity and hope. Services will include essentials like clothing and grooming, as well as access to mental health support, with the goal of helping women rebuild their lives. The home is expected to open soon, becoming the first facility of its kind in London exclusively for women over 50 facing homelessness.

Karen’s Place London

BGC London is a community organization that delivers safe and fun activities for children and youth whenever school is out. We also provide day-time programming for adults 50 and over. Their members benefit from development opportunities that foster leadership skills and provide practical work experience.

Their programming is designed with these goals in mind:

To provide hope, inspiration, and opportunities to help people reach their full potential
To promote physical health, mental health, and emotional well-being
To support young people as they cultivate success in school, form positive relationships, and mature into healthy, responsible and caring adults.

A tradition that started in 2020 to celebrate the Ironstone Building Company’s 10 year anniversary, Ironstone Impact has become an annual event where Ironstone donated $100,000 over the span of 10 weeks to 10 selected organizations that make an impact in the City of London. With each year’s success, we find ourselves giving more, and last year we gave $140,000 over 8 weeks. This year, we are donating $150,000 to charities that impact our community of London.

SARI’s herd of twenty horses carry a special load with care and patience so we, in turn, want to provide our horses with the special care they deserve. On behalf of the 1st Hussars Cavalry Fund I want to thank Ironstone for their very generous donation to the Holy Roller Memorial Preservation Project. The funds raised will go towards preserving the Holy Roller, which many people know is a tank that fought in the second world war, and it was home to many of the soldiers in the 1st Hussars and it brought them home safely

It is with great thanks that the Children’s Aid Society of London and Middlesex accepts this generous gift to benefit both our Bright Futures Bursary program for youth attending post-secondary education and our Holiday Giving program for children, youth and families in the community
